What does "Uneepi" mean? Uneepi is derived from Latin and Greek roots, essentially meaning "two become one forever." Our mission is to help neurodivergent individuals build meaningful connections, and our clothing line is an extension of that community spirit.

Are your clothes sensory-friendly? We understand that many members of our community have sensory sensitivities. We strive to select materials that are soft, breathable, and comfortable for all-day wear. Check individual product descriptions for specific fabric details.

2. Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders as quickly as possible, we have a small window for changes. Please email us at support@uneepi.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make an adjustment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Processing: 1–3 business days.

• Shipping: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships!

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. Please check our checkout page to see if delivery is available to your specific region.

4. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love what you wear! If you aren't satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
